What it does

Zapier runs automated workflows, called Zaps, that pass data from one app to another when something happens. Nonprofits use it to send new donations to a CRM, add form sign-ups to email lists, and post alerts to staff chat. There is a free plan, and paid plans are priced by task volume. Nonprofits get a 15% discount on a paid plan after applying.
