Plain words on what we keep and why. Last updated November 6, 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we keep your email, your role, and anything else you type in. For nonprofits that means your name, organization, website, the tools you picked, and any monthly costs you entered.
We also note how you found us, such as a referral link or a campaign tag in the link.
Vendors who claim a page give us a name, work email, company, job title, and message.
Why
To run the waitlist, to email you about the launch, and to build your first stack when we launch.
Tool pages show counts, such as "14 nonprofits have this in their stack." Those are totals. They never show your name, email, or organization.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never show your details to vendors or to other visitors.
Who helps us run it
Supabase stores the data. Resend sends our emails. Vercel hosts the site. They handle data only to provide those services.
See or delete your data
Reply to any email from Stackfunder and we will send you a copy or delete it.
