What it does

Dynamics 365 Sales tracks contacts, accounts, and opportunities, and works with Outlook, Teams, and the rest of Microsoft 365. Larger nonprofits use it for donor and major gift pipelines, often set up by a Microsoft partner. It is priced per user. Eligible nonprofits can buy Sales Enterprise at a discounted price through Microsoft's nonprofit program.
