What it does
CiviCRM is free, open source software that nonprofits can install alongside WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Backdrop. Teams use it to keep contact records, process donations and memberships, register people for events, and send bulk email. You can host it yourself, pay a hosting provider, or subscribe to CiviCRM Spark, the project's own hosted plan. Spark plans are priced by contact count and email volume.
